Stephan has joined management agency IXV

Singer/songwriter Stephan, the Ejukaytid Cingur, has signed a management agreement the IXV Agency, Atlanta. Stephan, who is natural R&B vocalist has scheduled the release of his newest mixtape for Summer of 2012.
